Advancing Access to Health Care .

CIDO continues to support vulnerable communities to access quality health care across south Sudan by providing preventive and Curative primary Health Care Services through Static and Mobile health clinics /services. Since 2019 CIDO has reached over 40,800 vulnerable communities with maternal health, General Clinical Services ,Child Health Communicable Diseases, Sexual and Reproductive Health, and Mental Health.Thaks to the support of our partner Stitching Vlutechling, our teams continue to build and maintain community-level capacity in effective prevention, detection and response to infectious disease outbreaks through health promotion campaigns and mobile health clinics. Under the PEPFAR_Funded HIV Aids control program ,CIDO delivers comprehensive community-based HIV services across the continuum of prevention, care, and treatment services and effectively coordinated activity implementation with facility level teams and Ministry of health. Over the last three quarters of FY22, CIDO sustained increased demand and access to community-based HIV testing services (HTS) through targeted community-based HIV testing services (CBHTS) and index testing services modalities and ensured 100% linkage to care and treatment for newly diagnosed HIV positive clients. CIDO integrates TB screening at every visit or community contact and all TB suspects were referred for further diagnostic testing, including referral to facility-based TB prevention therapy, (TPT). CIDO also strengthening access to community viral load (VL) and early infant diagnosis (EID) services through community sample collection services and actively tracked, traced, and returned back to care clients that interrupted their antiretroviral treatment (ART)
